On February 2017, Star Stable Online announced its ambassador program! These are outstanding people in the community who value and share the same love that the company feels. They are not selected due to popularity but on how they represent themselves to other players. Their job is to help do promotions and giveaways and be good role models in the community!

Q. How do you become a Star Stable Ambassador?

A. The Star Stable team approaches all ambassadors. When availability opens and new members are being added, the Star Stable team looks within the community for the players that stand out as influencers and role models. Players that are active and help others within the community have a higher chance of becoming an ambassador.

Q. Are you a Star Stable employee?

A. No, I am not a Star Stable employee. I am a volunteer who works closely with the Star Stable team to deliver feedback while also getting information to share back with the community.

Q. Are you paid?

A. No, ambassadors do not receive monetary compensation.

Q. Do all servers have an ambassador?

A. Not at the moment, but we do aim to increase our ambassador reach in more regions! Ambassadors are also not assigned to specific servers, they can move freely just as players can.

Q. Is there a certain age that you need to be in order to become a Star Stable ambassador?

A. You would need to be at least 13 years of age to be eligible to join the ambassador program. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must approve you becoming a Star Stable ambassador.

Q. Can we send you reports or suggestions?

A. I’m happy to take reports and hear suggestions that I can pass on to the team. Handling reports is not my full-time job, so also be sure to send reports via the Customer Support contact form. And remember that while I’m always happy to share suggestions with the Star Stable team, I cannot guarantee that your suggestion will make it into the game.
