Lately, there has been a lot of realistic roleplay springing up in the SSO community from YouTube, to Instagram, to in game role-play! Star Stable has definitely taken notice as most of the accounts they have been following recently are realistic roleplayers. Below you can find links to some of the different associations, if you are interested in learning more.

What is Realistic Roleplay?

Realistic Roleplay, or RRP, is when you create a realistic scenario using your Star Stable horses. Some people edit their horses using tack that is not included in SSO, like bonnets, martingales, lounge lines, boots, etc. and some create videos of them roleplaying and edit it to look as close to realism as possible. Anybody can participate and there are some excellent story-lines that have been created!

What about RRP Showing?

There are associations that have been created where you can register your horse to compete either in person or through photo shows. In person does require you to be on the same server as where the show is being ‘held’ and sometimes servers are locked. One of the biggest communities is located on Pumpkin Meadow, a North American server, which unfortunately as of 1/24/2019 is closed so people aren’t allowed to move to it if the show is held there. Photo shows require one to take a series of photos in locations that are specified. For example: An endurance show may have a vet check in, two photos of you on the endurance path, and a finish. They usually have their own designated hashtag.
